🧂 Ingredients

1 Whisk together oil, lemon juice, dijon, salt, pepper, garlic, and herbs in a
medium sized bowl to combine.
2 Add chicken and stir to coat.
3 Place in fridge for about an hour.
4 If using wooden skewers, soak them in water while the chicken is marinating to
prevent burning.
5 Thread chicken on skewers and place on hot, clean, and oiled grill. Grill for
about 15 minutes, flipping the kabobs a few times, or until they reach an
internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
