6.75 ounces coconut milk
1 teaspoon
honey or maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon
vanilla extract
2 tablespoons
chia seeds
Optional garnish: fruit

Instructions

In a blender, add avocado, coconut milk, honey, and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
Add chia seeds and mix gently.

Pour or spoon mixture into two low ball glasses and cover with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Serve with fruit, nuts, and/or mint.
