Key Lime Mousse (High Protein, Low Sugar)

🧂 Ingredients
1 cup
cottage cheese
2 tbsp
sweetener of choice
(see above for suggestions)
zest of 1 lime
juice of 1 lime

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Stop to scrape the
sides as needed.

Transfer mixture to a small dish and smooth out the top. Place in the freezer
for at least 1 hour.

Remove from the freezer.

If adding toppings, melt your white chocolate and spread into an even layer on
top. Place back in the freezer for a few minutes for the chocolate to set. Crush
graham crackers, add more lime zest, and enjoy!
