Instructions

1 Rinse and pat dry the shrimp, scallops, and squid. Cut and slice the vegetable
ingredients into small portions.
2 In a small bowl, whisk together chicken broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame
oil, sugar, and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch until smooth. Mix the aromatic spices
such as garlic and grated ginger. Add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil to thicken the
sauce.
3 Add your preferred vegetables, green onions and grated ginger and then stir them
to mix in the sauce-spices bowl.
4 Add your succulent seafood such as the shrimp, scallops, and squid. Mix the
seafood and the sauce-spices mix in the bowl until fragrant.
5 Serve as a sandwich with white bread and cheese slices. You can add the
remaining vegetable salads to the dish. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and
white pepper. Garnish with sliced green onions.
