marinade.
3 Pat the mahi mahi fillets dry and brush both sides with the marinade.
4 Grill the fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until it flakes easily
with a fork. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets.
5 Remove the fish from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Then, flake it
into bite-sized pieces with a fork.
6 Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for a minute on each side until they are
pliable.
7 Assemble the tacos by placing a portion of the flaked mahi mahi on each
tortilla. Top with purple cabbage or shredded lettuce, mashed avocado if using,
and garnish with fresh cilantro and jalapeno if using.
