Instructions

1 Preheat an oven to 180C/356F.
2 Place the oil and the grill seasoning in a bowl. Mix well.
3 Using a brush to coat the chicken thighs with the oil and grill seasoning
mixture.
4 Turn the chicken over and coat the other side with the seasoning mixture.
5 Transfer the coated chicken thighs to a baking pan. And transfer the baking pan
into the preheated oven.
6 After 25 – 30 minutes of cooking, turn the chicken over and continue baking.
7 After 45 – 50 minutes, turn the chicken over and continue baking.
8 Around 70 minutes, the chicken is ready.

Bare in mind that the cooking time may vary due to diffrences between ovens and
the size of the chicken.
9 A great way to know if your chicken is ready is to pull the small piece of meat
from the side of the drumstick. If the piece is easily pulled out, then the
chicken is ready.
