Instructions

1 Add olive oil to skillet or dutch oven over medium high heat. Once heated, add
garlic, onion, celery and carrots and allow two cook until soft.
2 Add beef to skillet and brown. Once brown, add tomatoes, seasonings, bay leaf
and wine.
3 Turn heat to medium low and allow to cook for 10-15 minutes.
4 Serve over pasta noodles and top with Parmesan cheese.
