Instructions

1 First of all, we need to prepare a marinating sauce. To make this sauce, take a
mid-size bowl and add 3 tbsp of Soy Sauce, ½ cup of Brown Suger, 2 tbsp Sesame
Oil, 1 tbsp White Pepper, minced Ginger 1 tsp, and minced Garlic 1 tsp.
2 Mix all these ingredients using a teaspoon. After mixing, keep half of the sauce
in the mixed bowl and half in the zipper bag.
3 Now take 300g pork tenderloin and clean it properly. After cleaning, close the
zip and put the tenderloin inside the zipper bag. Now move the bag to mix the
sauce and pork pieces very well. To marinate, keep the pork tenderloin for 3 – 6
hours in this way.
4 Arrange an even layer of coals and light them. Allow the coals to heat until
they are covered with white ash, which usually takes about 15-20 minutes. For
optimal cooking, maintain medium-high heat.
5 If you have a grill thermometer, aim for a temperature of around 375°F to 400°F.
Once the coals are ready, spread them evenly for direct grilling, or push them
to one side if you're planning to use indirect heat for slower cooking. Place
the grill grate on top, and you're ready to cook!
6 Place the marinated pork tenderloin on the preheated grill directly over the
coals. Sear each side for about 2-3 minutes to develop a nice char, then move
the tenderloin to an area of the grill with indirect heat.
7 Cover the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the
internal temperature reaches 145°F. Use a meat thermometer to check for
doneness.
8 After 15 to 20 minutes of grilling, the tenderloin should be cooked. Once
cooked, remove the tenderloin from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes. It
will allow the juices to be redistributed for a tender, flavorful result.
9 After resting, transfer the tenderloin to a chopping board and slice it. Arrange
the slices on a serving plate, then drizzle the remaining half of the sauce made
earlier. Your tenderloin is now ready to enjoy!
