🧂 Ingredients

1 pound ground chicken

you can also use ground turkey, ground pork or ground beef
1 large bag coleslaw

with carrots
1 bunch green onions

diced
1 TBSP Toasted Sesame Oil
1 TBSP Rice Vinegar
1/4 cup low sodium Soy Sauce
1 tsp ground ginger
2 TBSP minced garlic
Salt and Pepper

to taste

Instructions

1 In a large skillet brown the ground chicken. Cook and stir until no longer
pink. Drain any grease and return meat to skillet.
2 While the meat is cooking, prepare the sauce by combining the Toasted Sesame
Oil, Rice Vinegar, Soy Sauce, and Ginger in a bowl and carefully whisk
together.
3 Add diced green onions and garlic to the skillet. Cook until onions are
tender.
4 Carefully add the coleslaw mix to the skillet - stir to combine with the meat
mixture.
5 Add the prepared sauce. Stir and cook until cabbage is cooked down and a bit
wilted. Around 6-8 minutes.
6 Remove from heat and add salt and pepper as desired.
7 Serve HOT and ENJOY!
