Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
1 tsp
Alkalising BlendāĀ (super-Food blend)ā
this is what makes the yogurt green, optional
25 g
Granny Smith Apple
slicedāĀ (about ¼ of an apple)
20 g
Blueberries
slicedāĀ (about ¼ cup)
20 g
Almonds, sliced
slicedāĀ (about ¼ cup)
½ tsp
Bee Pollen
optional

In a medium bowl stir together the yogurt and the super food blend. Combine
until the powder is well incorporated and the yogurt is a smooth shade of light
green.
(If you do not have the super-food blend you can leave this out of the recipe
and skip this step. Leaving out the super-food blend does not change the macro
count, however your yogurt will not be the green color as displayed.)

Once well combined scoop your yogurt mix into you serving bowl or meal prep
container.

Top the yogurt with your: sliced green apples and blueberries.

Then sprinkle with almonds slices and bee pollen.

Enjoy! Or, make more and have them for meal prep for the week.
