chili powder
1/4 teaspoon
garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon
onion powder
1/4 teaspoon
crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon
dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon
paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons
ground cumin
1 teaspoon
sea salt
1 teaspoon
black pepper
1 tablespoon
extra virgin olive oil
1 pound
ground turkey
One bag
5-6 ounces multigrain tortilla chips
1 cup
shredded Cheddar cheese
1
can black beans
rinsed and drained (note: can use refried beans if preferred)

container Salsa
3
scallions
chopped

Bell pepper
diced

Avocado
diced
5 ounces
Baby spinach
Sour cream

Instructions

Heat large skillet over medium heat and add ground turkey, breaking apart to
cook. Add homemade taco seasoning to skillet and mix well with turkey. Cook
until no longer pink, approximately 10 minutes. Place in bowl.

Set out bowl of turkey and remaining ingredients in individual bowls. Create
your own taco salad!
