Instructions

1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rub oil on a sheet pan and set aside.
2 Mix bread mix according to package instructions for FLATBREAD.
3 Wet your fingertips with water. Place dough on the sheet pan and gently form a
circle about 1/2 inch thick.
4 Decorate with your veggies, then sprinkle on the dried herbs and salt.
5 Brush olive oil over the top of the bread and veggies.
6 Bake for 20 minutes and broil it for the last 90 seconds to get a nice color on
the bread and veggies.
7 Let cool, slice it up, and eat!
