1 pound ground beef
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1.5 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1.25 cup water
1 20 ounce package cheese tortellini

(fresh or frozen)
2 teaspoons Montreal steak seasoning
1.5 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

1 Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, browning the ground beef until it is
fully cooked. Drain off any excess grease, and if necessary, clean the skillet
before adding the beef back in.
2 Add Montreal steak seasoning, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, water, and beef
bouillon granules to the skillet. Bring this mixture to a boil.
3 Incorporate the tortellini into the skillet, stirring gently while bringing the
mixture back to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat, cover, and let it simmer
for about 4-5 minutes until the tortellini are tender and warmed through.
4 Top the tortellini with shredded mozzarella cheese, then remove the skillet from
heat and cover. Allow it to rest for 3-4 minutes for the cheese to melt. Serve
immediately and enjoy!
