Seafood Air Fryer crab cake

Instructions

1 Preheat air fryer to 425 degrees F. Spray basket with oil spray.
2 In a bowl, mix together egg, mayonnaise, parsley, chives, Dijon, zest, juice,
salt, and pepper. Gently fold in the crab and breadcrumbs.
3 Place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
4 Divide mixture into 2 portions then place each portion in air fryer basket.
5 Spray tops of crab cakes with oil spray.
6 Bake for 10 to 12 minutes till lightly golden brown around edges and on top.
7 Serve with lemon wedges and sauce of your choice
