Instructions

1 Get all in your ingredients ready, divide your ingredients into 2 or 3 then cook
in batches
2 In a super hot pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil then seal the meat 1 min per side,
saute then reserve.
3 in the same pan add onions, garlic, “Aji Amarillo” paste and let it cook for a
minute then add tomatoes, saute
4 Add the meat back also fries, sugar, soy sauce, pepper, vinegar let it cook for
1 minute, saute, add sprinkle some cilantro leaves on top and its good to go.
