Instructions

1 In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon,
and salt.
2 Add milk. Mix everything with a blending whisk.
3 Preheat nonstick frying pan or griddle over medium heat. Spray with cooking oil.
4 Dip each slice into the french toast batter and place on the preheated pan.
5 Flip French toast slice when it reaches golden brown color. Remove French toast
from the pan when the second side is the same golden brown color.
6 Repeat the process until all bread is gone, spraying more cooking oil before
each batch.
7 Serve warm. Garnish with maple syrup, mix berry compote, fresh berries, powdered
sugar, or whipped cream.
