biscuit Butter buttermilk

🧂 Ingredients

2 1/2 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup shortening
1 whole egg
1 cup buttermilk

If you don’t have buttermilk you can add 1 tablespoon white vinegar to a cup of milk. Let it set for a minute. Works just as good as buttermilk
