Sausage Pie

With only four ingredients, this sausage pie is easy to make and so delicious!
After putting it altogether, bake in the oven until crispy!

🧂 Ingredients

1 Boil the sausages in water, so that the skin is starting to come off. Take them
off the heat and remove all the skin.
2 Grease a casserole dish and lay 2 sheets of pastry on the bottom making sure
some goes up the sides.
3 Cut the sausages into small pieces and lay on top of the pastry.
4 Beat the eggs with a little milk, salt and pepper and pour over the sausages.
5 Place the rest of the pastry on top and seal.
6 Break the extra egg into a bowl and lightly beat. Using a pastry brush, brush
the pastry on the top of the pie.
7 Press some holes in the top of the pastry with a fork and bake 180˚C for around
30 minutes until browned.
8 Serve immediately with cooked vegetables or a salad.
