Instructions

1 In a small bowl, whisk together the apple cider, oil, and maple syrup. Add diced
peppers and spices and mix again.
2 Place the meat in a deep pan and pour the liquid mix over it. Cut the onions
into strips and place them on top of the meat. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
3 Preheat your pellet grill to high heat.
4 Remove the meat from the marinade. Grill for 7 to 10 minutes on each side,
depending on the thickness of the chops. Close the lid in the last few minutes
of cooking. Ideal internal temperature of pork loin chop is 145°F.
