Cashew Chocolate Ganache Tart

Instructions

1 Line a springform pan or cake pan with parchment paper (or grease).
2 Mix all crusts ingredients until combined. Press into a prepared pan.
3 To make the filling, combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender, blending
until completely smooth. Then spread over the crust.
4 Add the chocolate and coconut cream to a small saucepan. On low heat, warm the
mixture until the chocolate is completely melted and it starts to make a ganache
consistency.
5 Spread the ganache over the filling layer.
6 Place in the fridge to set for at least 2 hours, before cutting into pieces.
