Instructions

1 In a large deep pot, add two cups of quick cook Samp. Cover with the boiling
water and allow to cook over medium heat for 50 minutes.
2 In a separate pan, add some cooking oil and allow to heat up before adding your
onion.
3 Fry the onion until translucent, add the mushrooms, and fry until brown.
4 Add the mushroom mixture and mix well once the Samp is soft and all the water
has cooked away.
5 Add a tablespoon of aromat.
6 In a clean bowl, add the mushroom soup pack to the milk, mix well, and then pour
into the Samp, followed by the cheese.
7 Allow the mixture to simmer for 5 minutes; add salt and pepper to taste if
necessary.
8 Serve hot with any protein of your choice.
