🧂 Ingredients

3 cups cucumbers
1 cup grape tomatoes
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 tbsp avocado oil
1 tsp white wine vinegar
salt and pepper
1 cup mango

Instructions

1 Firstly, wash all the fruits and vegetables before cutting them.
2 Then, remove the skin from the mango and dice it up to remove the pit.
3 Slice the cucumber, carrots, and tomato into rounds.
4 Next, add all the vegetables to a mixing bowl.
5 Then, add the oil and coat the veggies first.
6 Next, add the vinegar, as well as, the salt and pepper.
7 Finally, add cilantro leaves to the salad.
8 Serve cold.
