Instructions

1 1. Mix together mud cake ingredients until combined
2 2. Bake 350'c for 10-12 minutes
3 3. Leave to cool
4 4. For the frosting, heat cream together on the stove and start to pour in the
chocolate chips until melted
5 5. Add in your espresso and vanilla and stir until ingredients are melted and
smooth
6 6. Cool the frosting and slather on top of the mud cakes
