Easy Peanut Noodles

These easy peanut noodles are made with warm rice noodles tossed in a delicious
sauce made of peanut butter, soy sauce and just a few other simple ingredients.

Instructions

1 First, place the rice noodles into boiling water for the amount of time
suggested on the package. This will be about 6 minutes.
2 While the noodles are boiling, add the peanut butter, garlic, lemon juice, soy
sauce, sesame oil and the brown sugar to a large bowl.
3 Now add in the water and whisk everything together until it’s evenly combined.
(Add more water for a thinner consistency if you’d like).
4 Then once the noodle are done, strain them and add them to the peanut sauce.
5 Next, gently toss the noodles into the peanut sauce until they’re evenly coated.
6 Finally, add them to individual serving bowls and top with the sesame seeds and
sliced green onions. Enjoy!
