Instructions

1 In a deep skillet pan cook the chopped bacon until crispy.
2 Remove the bacon and set aside in a bowl, do not drain any of the bacon grease.
3 In the warm pan add garlic, cook for 30 seconds or until fragrant.
4 Add in pasta, chicken broth, water, salt, and pepper.
5 Bring the mixture to a boil then reduce heat and simmer covered for 13 to 15
minutes or until pasta is tender. Only stir once.
6 Add heavy whipping cream, peas, and parmesan cheese and stir.
7 Cook and stir an additional 2 minutes until cheese is melted and fully
incorporated and peas are heated through.
8 Add bacon and stir. Enjoy!
