Creamy Horseradish Sauce Recipe

🧂 Ingredients

• 1/2 cup crema or sour cream
• 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish

  or use grated fresh horseradish
• 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard

  or use Dijon mustard
• 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

• 1 Whisk together the crema or sour cream, horseradish, mustard, vinegar and salt
  and pepper together in a mixing bowl.
• 2 Taste and adjust for salt and pepper.
• 3 Serve as desired.
