Instructions

1 1. Preheat oven to 180C and line a small loaf tin with baking paper
2 2. Make vanilla batter by mixing all vanilla batter ingredients in a bowl until
smooth
3 3. Make chocolate batter by mixing cocoa power and coconut cream with 150g
vanilla batter until smooth
4 4. Dollop/swirl chocolate and vanilla batter together in the lined loaf tin
5 5. Bake for approx 50min or until a skewer comes out clean (bake times may vary
depending on size of loaf tin)
6 6. Allow to cool in tin for 30min before removing loaf from tin and allowing to
cool completely on a cooling rack
7 7. Ensure to allow loaf to cool completely before slicing
8 8. Drizzle melted white and dark chocolate on top as icing
