🧂 Ingredients

2-3 stalks Scallion

(You should only use the green parts of the scallions. Save the white parts to use in other recipes)
1 tbsp Chili Oil

(Using homemade chili oil gives the best results. You can also check the Chinese God Oil Recipe that can be used for this sauce)
1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Black Vinegar

(Choose the brand wisely, depending on your flavor preferences.)
2 tsp Sesame Seed

(white sesame seeds)
1 tsp Sugar

(Optional)

1 Take the green parts of the scallions. Stack them together and then chop them
finely. The finer the cuts, the better will be the texture of the sauce.
2 Take 1 tbsp of chili oil in a small bowl. Pour 1 tbsp of light soy sauce and 1
tbsp of black vinegar into the bowl. Mix them well. Then, add 2 tsp of white
sesame seeds and the chopped scallions to the sauce. Stir well and your dumpling
sauce is ready to rock the show.
