julienned / thinly sliced

dried cranberries

mayonnaise
it can be light
2 tbsp
granulated sugar
2 tbsp
apple cider vinegar
or white wine vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

The easiest way to thinly slice everything is to use a mandolin.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and let them sit for 30min.

Taste and adjust the level of salt.
