Instructions

1 Put the milk, yeast, and 1 tablespoon of sugar in a mixing bowl. Stir it all
together. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
2 Sieve in the flour to the bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and knead to a
smooth dough in your food processor.
3 Let the dough rise covered with a towel for 60 minutes. Knead the dough again,
divide it into 12 equal parts, and roll it into 12 buns. Place next to each
other on a baking tray and let rise covered for another 30 minutes.
4 Preheat the oven to 200 °C (top/bottom heat).
5 Mix the flour with the sugar and water for the cross to a sprayable paste. Put
the paste in a piping bag and squirt crosswise on the buns. Place the buns in
the oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
6 Prepare the glaze during baking time. Mix icing sugar and hot water and brush
the buns with it. I added some colored glazed crosses and sugar as extra
decoration. Allow cooling before serving.
