water

vinegar

dijon mustard

olive oil or avocado oil
salt to taste

Add all ingredients to the cup of a blender and blend until smooth. If you
prefer a thinner consistency, add splashes of water or olive oil.

Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 3-5 days!
