Instructions
1
Pre-heat oven to 375° and prepare a 9×12" inch pan with parchment paper, leaving
a little overhang on the sides to make it easy to remove the bars from the pan.
2
In a large bowl mix together all of the dry ingredients: Oats, Flour, Protein
Powder, Brown Sugar, Baking Powder, Cinnamon, Salt, and Apples. Stir until
everything is evenly combined, and the apples are coated.
3
In a smaller bowl whisk together all wet ingredients: Melted Butter, Milk, Eggs,
Vanilla, and Honey.
4
Once the wet ingredients are well incorporated, pour the wet ingredients into
the dry ingredients, stirring together to combine.
5
Pour the mixture into your prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes at 375°,
until cooked through and the top is golden brown.
6
Remove from the oven, let cool, then remove from the pan to cut into bars.
Grabbing the parchment paper overhang you can put the one complete bar out of
the pan and place it on the cutting board. This makes it easier to now cut into
euqal 12 bars.
