2 cups
egusi (ground)
2 cup
pepper mix( red and green habanero peppers, scotch bonnet, deseeded shombo)
3 tbsp
red oil
1 cup
ugba
Salt to taste
Seasoning (maggi cube)
crayfish (ground)
Assorted Meat and Fish β beef, cow tripe, fish, stock fish, and/or smoked fish.
Dry fish/Stock fish
pumpkin leaf (ugwu)

Instructions

Seasoning and boiling your proteins to your preference.

In a separate pot pour in your red oil, once itβs hot pour in your pepper mix,
salt, maggie cube and crayfish.

Add your boiled proteins.

Add a little water, cover and allow it to boil for some minutes.

Add your ground egusi and ugba, stir it till it's mixed, add a little water,
cover and allow it to boil.

Put in your pumpkin leaf.

Here you have your sweet egusi soup.
