🧂 Ingredients

20 whole chicken wings, renders 40 pieces

cut in 3 pieces, tips tossed
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbps Spanglish Asadero Tangy Chile Limón

or more to taste
2 to 3 tbsp Spanglish Asadero Al Pastor

or more to taste
Melinda's Green Sauce

add to taste before serving
3 green onion stems

chopped

Instructions

1 Spilt the chicken wings into 3 parts and discard the tips.
2 Rinse the wings well and place in a bowl.
3 Add olive oil and rub in well.
4 Add Spanglish Asadero Tangy Chile Limón and Al Pastor. Rub in well.
5 Place wings in the air fryer in one layer. It will take a few batches for all
the wings.
6 Air fry at 365° F for 15 minutes. Turn the wings over and air fry at 425° F
until golden brown.
7 Once place in its serving platter and top with as much of Melinda's Green Sauce
as you'd would like. Then top with green onions and enjoy!
