8 cabbage leaves

Instructions

1 Begin by gathering all the necessary ingredients for your stuffed cabbage rolls.
2 In a saucepan, combine the water and uncooked rice, bringing it to a boil. Once
boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover, and let it simmer until the rice is
fully cooked and the water has been absorbed, which should take about 20
minutes.
3 While the rice is cooking, fill a large, wide saucepan with lightly salted water
and bring it to a boil. Carefully add the cabbage leaves and blanch them for 2
to 4 minutes, or until they become tender. Drain the leaves and set them aside.
