Ube Protein Ice Cream

🧂 Ingredients

• 1 13.5 oz can light coconut milk
• 3 scoops Ube Soft Serve Sculpt + Debloat Protein Powder
• 2 tbsp almond milk

  (as needed for texture)
• 1-2 drops ube extract

  (optional, for deeper purple color)

Instructions

• 1 Whisk together coconut milk and ube protein powder until well combined. If
  using, add a drop or two of ube extract to intensify the purple color. Pour into
  Ninja Creami pint, secure the lid, and freeze for at least 12 hours.
• 2 After the mixture is frozen, attach the Ninja Creami lid with the blade and
  blend using the "Lite Ice Cream" setting.
• 3 If your ice cream is crumbly after the first spin, just respin until you get the
  consistency you like! Feel free to add 2-3 tablespoons of almond milk or coconut
  milk if needed.
