low sodium soy sauce
¼ cup
pineapple juice
4 cloves
garlic
chopped
4 tablespoons
ginger
chopped
1 tablespoon
maple sugar
1 teaspoon
sesame oil
¼ teaspoon
red pepper flakes
½ teaspoon
salt
flank steak
1-2 pounds

Instructions

Place marinade ingredients in large sealable bag or container and mix well. Add
steak and place in refrigerator. Let marinate at least 30 minutes and up to 8
hours.

Heat grill pan to medium-high and cook ~7 minutes per side for
medium-to-medium-rare. Transfer to cutting board, tent with foil, and let rest
for 10 minutes. Thinly slice crosswise.
