🧂 Ingredients

1/4 cup paleo compliant hot sauce

I love Franks Red Hot Sauce
3 tablespoons refined coconut oil or ghee

if not paleo/whole30 use butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon honey

Instructions

1 Combine all ingredients into a small saucepan, bringing it to a simmer. Whisk
constantly for a few minutes. Toss with chicken wings, breasts, or anything you
want to have a buffalo flavor. ENJOY!
