🧂 Ingredients

2 cloves garlic, minced or grated
2 tsp dijon mustard
½ tsp anchovy paste

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
½ tsp worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
½ tsp each salt and pepper
¼ cup olive or avocado oil
3 tbsp mayonaise

Instructions

1 In a small bowl, whisk together garlic, dijon mustard, anchovy paste, lemon
juice, Worcestershire sauce, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
2 Slowly pour in olive/avacado oil, whisking constantly to blend. Whisk in
mayonnaise. Taste, and season with salt and pepper as needed.
