Hot dogs wrapped in bacon with fried onions, peppers, pickled hot peppers, and
crushed potato chips

Instructions

1 Wrap each hotdog in bacon and place on a foil lined baking sheet. Place into 400
degree oven for 20-30 minutes until bacon is crisped up. Meanwhile, heat oil in
a skillet and saute the onions and peppers with some salt and pepper, stirring
often until browned and soft.
2 Cut your rolls and add the hot dogs. Top with the pepper and onion mix, pickled
peppers, condiments, and crushed chips and serve. Yum!
