Instructions

1 In a heavy bottom pan, brown beef. You won't need oil as it will release it's
own.
2 When it's browned about half way, add lime juice, soy sauce, adobo, oregano,
cilantro, salad olives and tomato sauce.
3 Continue to cook stirring frequently until totally cooked. You'll know because
the liquid will become a bit greasy.
4 Heat olive oil in a skillet.
5 Sauté onion until translucent, then add garlic. Cook for 30 seconds or so.
6 Place tilapia on the skillet and cook until the flesh starts to flake.
7 Add jalapeño peppers, tomatoes, cilantro and lime juice.
8 Sauté over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes, breaking up the fish with the
spoon to get everything mixed well
9 Season to taste with salt and pepper.
