Ensalada de Coditos con Atún (Pasta Salad with Tuna)

This pasta salad is a Dominican and Caribbean classic (with all sorts of
variations). This is the one I grew up with and learned from my mom. There is
nothing better than being able to take these classics and share them with

Instructions

1 Boil elbow pasta according to package directions to al dente. Drain, cool down
and set aside.
2 In a large bowl, combine cold elbow pasta and all ingredients.
3 Place in fridge and allow to sit for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight.
