1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Paprika
½ teaspoon Cayenne Powder
½ teaspoon Cumin Powder

Instructions

1 Combine all the ingredients in a small mixing bowl and mix well.
2 Use to season chicken, pork, lamb, turkey, rabbit, or just about anything else.
