🧂 Ingredients

1 Put your pan on the burner at medium high heat.
2 While waiting for the pan to get hot, crack your eggs into a bowl. You can use
two bowls if you want so one broken egg doesn't ruin the whole batch.
3 Sprinkle some water on the pan. If it hisses and bubbles your pan is ready.
4 Drizzle the oil onto the pan. Swirl it around so the whole bottom is coated.
5 Slowly tilt the eggs into the pan, taking care not to break any yolks. Sprinkle
with the salt and pepper.
6 Fry eggs without adjusting or moving the pan for about one minute.
7 When ready to remove, pour some water down the edge of the pan (around the eggs)
to dislodge the eggs from the pan. This is optional, if your eggs didn't stick
to the bottom then you can just slide them right onto a plate.
8 Add other seasonings or garnish to the eggs like hot sauce, cheese, green onion
etc…
