Nutter Butter Nice Cream

This nutter butter ice cream (including the dough) only requires 5 ingredients
and a few minutes to make! It's such a tasty, high protein snack/dessert and
couldn't be easier to make. It's also versatile, so you can switch up the
ingredients to what you have on hand.

🧂 Ingredients

2 frozen bananas
2 scoop vanilla or peanut butter protein powder

2 tbsp coconut cream

2 tbsp peanut butter
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp protein powder
3-5 tbsp oat or coconut flour
pinch of sea salt

Instructions

1 Combine all of the nutter butter ingredients together until sticky dough forms.
Roll into balls and flatten slightly. Use a fork to make the indents in the
cookies. Pop in the freezer to firm up.
2 To make the nice cream, add all of the ingredients in a blender, blending until
smooth. To make this ice cream texture, use as little liquid a possible, but if
you need to, add a splash of the canned coconut milk.
3 You can either break up the cookies into chunks to stir into the nice cream, top
it, layer it, whatever you like! Enjoy!
