🧂 Ingredients

Pizza dough or ready crust
Tomatillo salsa, to taste
Shredded Mozzarella cheese, to taste
Pork chorizo, cooked
Manchego cheese, chopped, to taste
Prosciutto, to taste
Pico de gallo, to taste

Instructions

1 Prepare pizza dough.
2 Spread tomatillo salsa leaving about 1 inch of the pizza edge untouched.
3 Top with mozzarella to taste.
4 Top with chorizo to taste.
5 Top with manchego cheese to taste.
6 Bake for 10 minutes.
7 Bring pizza out and top with prosciutto to taste. Why after 10 minutes? You
don't want the prosciutto to dry out.
8 Bake for another 5 minutes.
