Instructions

1 Using a cutting board and sharp knife, cut apple into quarters. Slice down the
center of each apple slice to remove the core. Slice each quarter into 4 even
slices. Cut each slice into 1/4" pieces.
2 In a small bowl, mix apple, lemon juice, cinnamon, flour, and brown sugar.
3 If desired, microwave apples for 1-2 minutes to soften the apples.
4 Divide the apple mixture between two 4" ramekins.
5 In the same mixing bowl, combine topping ingredients. Mix until the texture
resembles small pebbles. (I like to use my hands to mix the topping).
6 Divide the topping mixture on top of each ramekin. Transfer the ramekins to the
air-fryer basket.
7 Set air fryer to 350 degrees, and cook the apple crisp for 12-15 minutes.
8 Carefully, remove the ramekins from the air fryer (they will be HOT). Serve
warm. If desired, top with ice cream, caramel sauce, and whipped topping.
