🧂 Ingredients

250 g pasta of your choice
200 g prosciutto
200 g spring peas
1 whole burrata
1 tbsp butter
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
150 ml pasta water

Instructions

1 Cook the pasta according to package instructions
2 Drain and reserve some pasta water
3 In a pan melt the butter and throw in the peas
4 Add in the pasta and the prosciutto and toss
5 Add the salt and pepper and the pasta water
6 Toss for 2 minutes
7 Serve with the burrata torn over the plate
