🧂 Ingredients

1/2 lemon

juiced
1 orange

peeled and chopped
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp bee pollen
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla nut mylk
1/4 tsp amla berry powder
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

Instructions

1 add lemon juice, protein powder, amla & berry powder to the nut milk and mix
well
2 add chia seeds & mix well. Allow to sit for 10 minutes occasionally mixing
3 peel and chop oranges
4 once chia pudding has formed and set, assemble in a bowl adding oranges slices,
hemp and pumpkin seed. Top with bee pollen.
