Easy Chicken Lettuce Wrap Recipe

This is a GREAT recipe for homemade lettuce wraps - so good you will feel like
you got them from your favorite Chinese restaurant! 4 servings for a meal/6
servings as an appetizer. Make it in 20 minutes or less!

Instructions

1 Heat sesame in oil in large saucepan over medium high heat. Add chicken and cook
until browned (3-5 minutes). Drain excess fat.
2 Stir in garlic, onion, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar and ginger.
Cook until onions are translucent (1-2 minutes)
3 Stir in water chestnuts and green onions (and carrots & cilantro if you like!)
about 1-2 minutes
4 Season to taste with salt and pepper.
5 Serve with lettuce leaves and enjoy!!
